Although we're close to the animal barns at Black Acre, we just haven't been able to get ourselves over there without a car. It has remained just too far to walk. But last week, we just determined that we would find a way. Skye found "a secret trail" and we pushed the stroller through the muddy nature trails in an attempt to make it there. Skye sang a "we did it" song accompanied by her own butt-dance when she saw the horses. We, of course, came home with a beautiful bouquet to share our nice day with Papa.
